First off, Jay was the 4th and last disaster restoration company we had contacted for a specific water issue over the past 2 years. I was so impressed by Jay as well as the guys he sent out to do the needed work on the damaged areas. They were all very professional and courteous as well as efficient and thorough. Jay even went out of his way to connect me with another contractor that he trusted to help get this issue taken care of quickly from start to finish (and he helped deal with the insurance company).
