As a professional who has worked/managed in the property management and Real Estate industry for nearly 28 years, I have worked with several mitigation companies in Colorado Springs,  Denver and Boulder. I have always questioned the extent of demolition recommended and have often haulted work or had to bring in contractors I could trust. I've paid the often exorbitant invoices and  did everything I could to minimize the stressful experience for my residents. Recently, I found myself in need of mitigation/demo/cleanup after a sewage backup in my basement.  I cringed as I pondered who I'd call and a trusted plumber I do business with recommended Executive Pro-Dry.  I am grateful that I listened to him! They were responsive,  professional,  knowledgeable, friendly and courteous...even with me, a person with a bias asking a bazillion questions and following them around. The teamwork and ease of communication was essential and terrific! The office staff was knowledgeable, professional and helpful as well! Shout outs to Nick and Tony who were our primary points of contact...Nick was a the lead on demo/cleanup. Also shout out to Santiago and Jay, I believe. Cassie in the office...incredible! They gave us a professional packet of info at the onset, so no surprises and ensured we understood and were comfortable along the process. About a week and a half ago I left a 1-star review for this company because of frustrations over missed/ late appointments. After thinking about it I decided it was not fair for me to leave a poor rating over this issue when I have worked with this company before, and they did a good job for me so I deleted the 1 star review. At the time I worked with them previously they showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up after. Jay, the owner, is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. We had a shower leak that lead to mold in our ceiling below. They were prompt and professional. They removed all the mold and dried everything according to plan. They almost had to wait to pick up all the equipment bc of all the flooding these past few days but they ended up sending a team out to pick everything up. Trever has been great every step of the way helping us with our insurance next steps and even finding an abatement company. They have done great and I look forward to them finishing the abatement process.
